Grain Free All Purpose Flour

A simple blend of almond flour, coconut flour, potato starch and tapioca starch. This blend is my go-to for my grain free recipes.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Coconut Flour
  • 1 Cup Tapioca Starch
  • 1 Cup Potato Starch
  • 2 1/2 tsp psyllium husk powder you can leave this out and add it as needed with your recipes

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all of the flours and starches. Stir until well combined. Store in an air tight container.
