Oven Roasted Cauliflower

This healthy, gluten free, vegan and paleo side dish is hard to resist.

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower (washed and cut into florets)
  • 3 TBSP. Chopped Garlic
  • 1 ½ TBSP. Avocado Oil
  • Sprinkle of Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Wash the florets and pat dry.
  • Put cauliflower in a bowl and drizzle with avocado oil.
  • Add the garlic.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir until the cauliflower is well coated.
  • Lay flat on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
