Chocolate Mug Cake (Grain Free, Refined Sugar Free)

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP. Coconut Flour
  • 1 TBSP. Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 TBSP. Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Coconut Oil Melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TBSP. Maple Syrup
  • ¼ Cup Non Dairy Milk
  • 2 TBSP. Dairy Free Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe mug, add all of the dry ingredients and whisk together with a fork until well incorporated.
  • Add the egg, maple syrup and milk. Whisk well, then add the coconut oil and whisk again until the coconut oil is mixed through.
  • Add chocolate chips and stir.
  • Microwave for 2 ½ minutes.
  • Garnish with cherries and sprinkles if desired.
