Vegan butter, sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, all purpose flour, tapioca starch, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, xanthan gum, sugar, cinnamon

Ingredients

In a stand mixer, or with a hand mixer cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and beat for 1 minute.

Step 4

Add cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Beat for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides.

Step 4

Add xanthan gum, tapioca starch, gluten free flour and mix for 3 minutes scraping the sides halfway through.
