Vitamix Aer Disc Container- My Review

by livingfreelygf

I received this product for free from Moms Meet (momsmeet.com) to use and post my honest opinions. Compensation for this post was provided and this page may contain affiliate links.

As a food blogger a high speed powered blender is something that no longer seems like a luxury, but a necessity. Having to whip my own whip cream, make powdered sugar, smoothies, blender muffins- the list goes on and on.

I was beyond excited to receive my Vitamix and test out the Aer Disc Container. The first thing I made was a simple hot chocolate recipe that I received with the attachment. The recipe called for milk and chocolate chips. To keep it gluten and dairy free I used allergen free chocolate chips and coconut milk. It turned out so rich and creamy. It was delicious!

Vitamix Aer Disc Container

I was in awe at how easy it was to make an allergen free hot chocolate for my family. We enjoyed it before heading out to see Christmas lights.

On top of the hot chocolate was some fresh coconut whipped cream. It couldn’t be easier to make! With the Aer Disc Container I used coconut cream in place of the whipping cream. I refrigerate the can of coconut cream overnight and it works perfect! I added the other ingredients as directed and it whipped beautifully!!!

Vitamix Aer Disc Container

The Vitamix Aer Disc Container attaches to the Vitamix E310 Explorian Series Blender. The E310 Explorian is a beast and I love it. It comes with  a 48 oz. container which is the perfect size for everything. It also comes with a pulse feature that creates amazing chunky salsa or thick vegetable soups.

The E310 Explorian has a powerful 2 HP motor that can handle anything and create smooth blends.

My favorite part is how easy it is to clean! With a drop of soap and some water, I simply put the container back on the vitamix and turn it on. I rinse it out and I’m done!

Vitamix Aer Disc Container

The Aer Disk Container is compatable with all full size Vitamix blenders and it helps make things in a fraction of the time. It also comes with a 3 year warranty. It is awesome to be able to whip, foam, or emulsify with the touch of a button!

The Vitamix Aer Disc Container is available for purchase at Williams Sonoma, Sur La Table, Target, and Amazon. To find a Vitamix Aer Disc Container in your area visit, Vitamix Where to Buy.

Enjoy!

Oh no, I think you need to use heavy cream. I used coconut cream in mine.
