2021 has been a crazy up and down year with blogging, life and everything else. Even with all of the crazy I knew that we needed to share the top gluten free recipes of 2021 from the blog in case you might have missed one.

  1. Gluten Free Dairy Free Vanilla Cake – this was one of the first recipes that I put onto the blog that was gluten and dairy free. It was the first recipe I put serious effort into the SEO and photography and it has been one of my most viewed posts of all time. It was incredibly exciting to see that it was once again the top viewed blog post of 2021. This recipe is perfect as the base of any cake like pineapple upside down, funfetti, poke cake, etc. You can add some vanilla bean paste to really take the flavor up a level too.

  3. Instant Chocolate Chia Pudding – I created this recipe because my kids hated traditional chia pudding due to the slimy texture of it, but I wanted something healthy that they could enjoy. This stuff is the bomb, plus it’s ready super fast. You can either make this paleo with maple syrup, or whole 30 with dates.   4. Gluten Free Dairy Free Coffee Cake– This recipe is so dang good. It’s light, fluffy and perfectly crumby. I originally created this for my first cookbook, Living Freely Gluten Free for my best friend.   6. My Personal Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Blend- I created this recipe back when I first went gluten free in 2011. There were 2 choices for gluten free flour at my grocery store. They were both VERY expensive and sucked. So, I bought some flours and started experimenting. This blend has been my go-to for many years.   8. Pumpkin Donuts – These cake style donuts are the perfect way to enjoy the fall flavor without the elbow grease of regular yeast risen and fried donuts. They are also on the lighter side since they aren’t fried.   9. Whole 30 Coffee Creamer – I have done several Whole 30’s over the years and coffee creamer was always a difficult part for me. This delicious creamer recipe is easy and more inexpensive than buying the compliant ones from the store.

  11. Gluten Free Bread – Back when the bread craze happened in 2020 I had to get this perfect sandwich loaf recipe up on the blog. I published this recipe in my cookbook, 101 Incredible Gluten Free Recipes, but wanted all of those home bakers to be able to give this yummy recipe a try. It took me about 2 years to get it right and these are perfect. Before this recipe there were no recipes out where you could cut a gluten free donut with a donut cutter.
