by Living Freely Gluten Free

Burgers have become a food group in my house. The meat part of this recipe has always been gluten free- we made this recipe before going gluten free. It was simple by switching out the bun or just wrapping in lettuce if you want a paleo version.

Well, if you did not already know my last name is Bigler. Therefore, when I make a burger it is now a Hambigler. We love a good juicy Hambigler around here.

Burger’s were not something I loved before going gluten free but they grew on me. They are definitely now one of my favorites. I suspect that with most restaurants having a gluten free bun, I began to order burgers more often when eating out. We love going to Red Robin but when our budget doesn’t allow- making them at home is always a winner.

You will find that these are the perfect meal to serve when you have guests over. Everyone will love them and you can have them bring whatever bun they would like. Serve this along with my Oven Roasted Carrot recipe and Roasted Red Potatoes for a simple dinner that will always be a hit.

I fry these on the stove or grill them. They are perfect both ways and never disappoint.

When you dress up your beef it just makes the burger juicer and full of flavor. This beef is seasoned to perfection. I love adding lettuce, tomato, special sauce and avocado on mine. The kids like ketchup. Some bacon and vegan cheese never hurts either.
