Garden Lites Muffins

by livingfreelygf

Garden Lites has reached out again and loved the last review and giveaway, so we are doing another one. YAY! My family loves Garden Lites Muffins, so I always keep them on hand. When it comes to what we eat on a regular basis I make almost everything from scratch, but I am not super human. Of course I need to have my go-to items to turn to in case I need something fast. Trying to be mindful with what we put into our bodies I will not just give the kids anything, because I am super picky about what we eat. I feel good about having Garden Lites Muffins because the first ingredient is vegetables.

You can read my review from last year here.

These lovely little Garden Lites Muffins are gluten free, dairy free, full of fiber and whole grains!

This post is not sponsored. Garden Lites provided product for my family to try in exchange for my honest opinion and a giveaway. You can enter at the bottom of the post.

I enjoy having one of the blueberry muffins with my coffee in the morning, or with an afternoon tea. They are excellent to heat and eat while driving the kids to school and running morning errands. They are a sweet treat without the guilt.

Here is Miss Claire trying to steal all of the Garden Lites Muffins.

My kids and hubby are obsessed with the chocolate muffins, and for good reasons. They literally taste like chocolate cake, but the kids have no clue they are full of veggies.

I love thawing a few for after school snacks, lunch boxes, or if we are traveling. The best part is how easy they are to find at my local Fred Meyer.

What is also great about the Garden Lites Muffins is if the kids are going to someone’s house, or a party- you can easily send these with them. Garden Lite Muffins and Veggie Cakes are pre-packaged for convenience and perfect for a sleep over.

In conclusion, I will always recommend these delicious muffins. They are a winner with my kids and just make life easier and more delicious! Make sure you enter the contest below to win a muffin prize pack! Good luck!
