Easiest Chocolate Fudge (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Easiest Chocolate Fudge
Dairy and Gluten Free

When I think of the Holidays, fudge is one of the main recipes that come to mind. This is my first Christmas dairy free and I wondered how I would pull off fudge this year.

This fudge is rich, creamy and so incredibly decadent. You will be able to share it will everyone and be confident that they will all enjoy it. With only 4 easy to find ingredients it is fool proof. This is an excellent recipe to get the kids involved and let them personalize it and make it their own.

Ingredients:

14 oz. Can of Coconut Cream

½ tsp. Vanilla

3 Cups Dairy Free Chocolate Chips

¼ Cup Coconut Oil

Directions:

In a medium sized sauce pan add the coconut cream, vanilla, chocolate chips and coconut oil. Allow to melt on medium heat stirring with a spatula every 30 seconds for about 6 minutes or until it is mixed well and creamy. Grease a 9X9 baking dish (I use coconut oil) and lay a piece of parchment paper on the bottom. Pour the melted mixture into baking dish allow it to sit and cool for 2 hours. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!

**Note: This fudge does not thicken like the traditional dairy fudge. You must keep this refrigerated. It will soften quickly when taken out of the fridge.

* If you over cook this fudge the oil will separate and it will not turn out. Make sure as soon as everything is creamy and melted to turn off the stove and remove from the burner.
