Cute, Comfy and Casual. My prAna review.

When my fun blogging group called “Moms Meet” asked me to review and try out an outfit from prAna and then share my honest opinion with my followers, I became super excited.

I received this product for free from Moms Meet (, May Media Group LLC, who received it directly from the manufacturer. As a Moms Meet blogger, I agree to use this product and post my honest opinion on my blog. The opinions posted are my own.

Being a work from home mom and also volunteer on the PTO keeps me very busy. I need clothes that are comfy, but not slouchy. Often after I walk my son to the bus stop I have to drop my daughter off at preschool. I have to walk her into the class and that means everyone can see me and my outfit. I don’t always want to be dressed in jeans or dressed up. I don’t have any time in the morning to worry about what I look like. The mornings are spent getting the kids ready for the day.

This outfit gave me the ability to just slip out of my pjs and into this. A little of tinted moisturizer and concealer before I head downstairs to drink my coffee and pack lunches.

Sometimes I want to be able to stop at yoga class without having to worry about changing clothes, and this is exactly what the outfit provides.

This outfit is true to size. I am a size 8 in bottoms and a medium in tops. I ordered a medium for both. The fit was perfect.

I liked how the sweater was slightly oversized, but in a good way. It was fitted in all of the right spots, but forgiving in my mid section where I am the most self conscious.

I loved the color of my Dedra sweater tunic. The shade is called dark plum. I am obsessed with this shade for fall and winter clothing this year. I can easily fit a fitted top underneath, so if I stop for yoga I can take it off and then slip it back on before I head out.

With the weather officially changing here in the Pacific Northwest the Dedra tunic is the perfect comfy sweater to wear anywhere, anytime. This sweater looks super cute with jeans, boots, and a scarf too.

The bottoms are the caray tight in black birdeye. They were super comfortable. I enjoyed the mid rise because I need that extra support after having two kids. Yoga pants are my friends, but usually just around the house. The caray tight is yoga pant that I will wear anywhere.

prAna is a great company because of their focus and cause. They give back to communities all over the world and use sustainable, fair trade materials. You can feel good about wearing it and making the purchase.

Being a busy mom, I need outfits that fit well, are made with quality materials and that I am comfortable in. I often struggle to feel comfortable running around in yoga pants, but with these yoga pants I felt great. The purple tunic dressed them up and you can wear boots or sneakers to change your look as well.

This was the first time I tried prAna clothing. I have heard of it, but never had worn or purchased it before. I had no idea what to think of it, other than when I looked online I thought it seemed cute and versatile. I don’t buy my clothes online typically unless its something I have purchased before. I am incredibly picky about my clothing and shoes and I need to try it on before hand.

I expected it not to fit well because I was skeptical. It glided on beautifully. I was even excited when I changed because I have big calves and any legging or yoga pant can sometimes be a challenge to get off. These were easy.

I am definitely a fan, and I would recommend prAna if you are looking for some stylish and versatile active wear.
