Since the holidays are near this post is all about how to make a gingerbread latte. This vegan gingerbread latte has all of the fun ginger flavors and it is an incredibly simple homemade gingerbread coffee. Make sure you save this ginger latte recipe!

What is a Gingerbread Latte?

A gingerbread latte is a strong coffee mixed with milk, in this case the recipe calls for coconut milk because it is dairy free and vegan. We then flavor it up with ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and coconut (or brown sugar) sugar. Then we top it off with lots of coconut whip and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

True simplicity when it comes to this recipe. Of course, the coffee you make this with will always determine the flavor and that is why I brew my coffee in my Mr. Coffee® Easy Measure 12 Cup Programmable Coffee Maker!

Making coffee in the mr. coffee

Mr. Coffee® is a brand that my entire family loves and trusts, it is America’s #1 coffee maker for a reason! I remember my Mom and Grandmother always having a Mr. Coffee® growing up. When I received this Mr. Coffee® Easy Measure 12 Cup Programmable Coffee Maker I knew it would be something we would enjoy every day and it has!

A few of my favorite features are the 4 hour shut off, I always forget to turn it off! Also, what really sold me was the advanced water filtration system that removes up to 97% of chlorine out of the water and targets calcium to reduce water hardness. We have hard water where I live and this makes such a huge difference on flavor!
