You can find Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork easily in the meat section at Walmart. It is conveniently placed in the pork section.

Winter is thawing out and that means its time to get the grill out. Smithfield Extra Tender Pork Back Ribs are always a must when the weather warms up. I turn to Smithfield Extra Tender Pork Back Ribs for our grilling because they are affordable and delicious. Grilling ribs couldn’t be easier when you have a simple yet delicious rub that flavors the pork perfectly. It takes the guess work out of it.

Whenever we want to grill, we always head to Walmart because everything we need is in one place. I am able to grab all of my spices, sides, and of course my secret weapon- Smithfield Extra Tender Pork Back Ribs.

Did you know that Champion Pit Masters used Smithfield Fresh Pork in their competitions and at home because the quality of the meat is the most important part and they can trust Smithfield Fresh Pork?

Ribs with Paleo Rub

Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork is perfect for any night on the grill. Weekdays, weekends, or a fun family gathering. Grilling them is so easy! We followed the directions on the package and slow cooked them. The slow cooking allows all of that amazing flavor to sink into the ribs. Gosh, they are tasty!

When creating a rub for the Smithfield Extra Tender Pork Back Ribs, I knew I wanted to keep it super healthy! I used my favorite spices and seasonings that would blend together wonderfully and still be a healthy, paleo, grain free, and gluten free recipe. This rub is delish! The rub makes enough for 2 racks of ribs. If you only make one rack you can save half of the rub for next time!

You can easily keep this entire meal Paleo by serving it with Roasted Red Potatoes and a simple side salad. However, we wanted to get into the grilling season mood, so I added Garlic Corn on the Cob, from scratch baked beans, and of course a Spicy Maple BBQ Sauce to dip the ribs in. It was literally the epitome of summer flavors all on one plate.

I haven’t cooked a lot of ribs in my lifetime, but Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork makes it incredibly easy because they are tender and delicious. I love the fact that there are no added hormones or steroids. The ribs were so incredibly easy to throw together.

We were thrilled with this meal. The entire family loved it, even the kids. We are excited for warm weather to come, so that we can make these again. You can definitely feed a crowd with a few racks of them too.
