Garden Lites has many products now, and they are coming out with even more new ones which is so exciting! When they reached out to me and wanted another review I was ecstatic. Here is my Garden Lites Superfood Veggie Cakes review.

Maybe I am biased in my Garden Lites Superfood Veggie Cakes review, because they actually are my favorite of the different snacks they sell. I keep these in the freezer for me, and sometimes I share. It is easy for me to get HANGRY at the drop of a dime. I’m one of those people that if they don’t eat, they will crumble apart. Sometimes, when I am in this hangry state I simply can not bring myself to cook something. It’s not cute and it typically happens around 9 am if I have skipped breakfast, so beware.
Veggie cakes are my favorite thing to grab, heat up, and devour to offset this hangry state. They work like a charm every time and only take a minute to heat up, so that’s a plus.
I love quiche, eggs, green veggies, bell peppers… You get all of these flavors wrapped up into one with these veggie cakes. You can eat them with any meal, or as a snack, but they are truly my favorite for breakfast.
If you want to get the best flavor out of these veggie cakes, my favorite way to cook them is in the toaster oven. They get a slight golden brown color on the edges and they taste amazing. The microwave can totally do the trick when you are in a pinch, but the toaster oven is the way to go if you have the time.
Pack these little beauties up in your lunch box and heat them when you get to work. Take them when you are traveling and need to have something that isn’t take out. Serve these with a meal because sometimes we just don’t have time to cook everything from scratch.
