Chicken Marinade

Marinades are one of those tricky things that you have to make sure you check ahead of time. Marinades are actually super easy and cost effective to make yourself. I like to let my meat sit with the marinade overnight in a ziplock baggie. It makes for extra juicy and moist meat.

This chicken is so super simple and easy. I like to buy organic chicken on clearance to be cost effective. I look for chicken that is marked down 50% because the best buy date is a few days away. I pop it in the freezer as soon as I get home and take it out the day I will use it.

This is perfect for a weeknight meal because chicken cooks so fast on the grill. You could even cook it on a grill pan if the weather doesn’t permit outdoor grilling.

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup white wine vinegar

1 tsp. rosemary

1/4 tsp. pepper

2 tbsp. chopped garlic

1/2 Tsp. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

1 Tsp. Granulated Garlic

1 Tsp. Parsley

½ Tsp. Sage

½ Tsp. Thyme

½ Cup dry white wine


Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir, then add the chicken. Cover and put in fridge overnight or all day. BBQ the next day. Enjoy!
