New Day North West- Hosting with Food Allergies segment.

Good afternoon everyone! On Tuesday morning I emailed the producer for a local talk show in Seattle called New Day North West about a food allergy segment. A few hours later he messaged me back and was interested in booking me Thursday (today). I couldn’t believe how fast it happened and I wasn’t sure if I could pull it off in that time frame, but there was no way I would pass it up!

They asked me to make a few dishes and also cook something live. I decided to make my Peppermint Bark Covered Marshmallow Pops and talk about the Oven Roasted Carrots, Mashed Potatoes and Sugar Cookies. You can get the recipes for the carrots, mashed potatoes and sugar cookies in my cookbook.

The experience was a lot of fun and I can’t wait to do it again!

I am so excited, that I decided to do a giveaway of my cookbook. You can enter below. I also will be having a chocolate cupcake with peppermint buttercream recipe up on the blog next week and there will be a HUGE candy giveaway to go along with it, so stay tuned!

I love your enthusiasm for helping others who need to eat Gluten free. It is so expensive to buy Gluten free foods and so your recipies are very needed and appreciated. Thank you for sharing with us.
