Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
I can no longer go to a coffee joint and just try a coffee. I am very sensitive to coffee and react to most brands of coffee. I have found two that I am good with and that is all I drink. With that being said, I wanted a festive and creamy coffee treat for the fall, and this coffee creamer is dairy free and delicious.
I enjoyed a cup of this pumpkin spice coffee this morning with a pumpkin scone and it was heavenly. In the PNW, there is a chill in the morning, and sipping on this creamy cup of pumpkin spice coffee really put me in a happy mood and got me ready to start my day.
This coffee creamer is not sweet even though there is coconut sugar (I don’t like sweet coffee). So taste your coffee and then decide if you need to add a spoonful more of coconut sugar.

¼ Cup Coconut Sugar
1 Can Coconut Cream
1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Dash of Nutmeg
Add all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well. Pour in a container and refrigerate. Enjoy!
