Hambigler



Well, if you did not already know my last name is Bigler. Therefore, when I make a burger it is now a Hambigler. We love a good juicy Hambigler around here. 

When you dress up your beef it just makes the burger juicer and full of flavor.


I like making a special sauce to go on top. You can just use your favorite gluten free buns or wrap it in lettuce to make it paleo.

We like to add onions, lettuce, tomato and avocado on ours. You can add some cheese or vegan cheese.

A few slices of bacon is always a lot of fun too.

Ingredients:

To Serve 4 use 1 to 1.5 pounds of lean ground beef. Double as needed.

2 tbsp. chopped garlic

1 Tsp. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

1 Tsp. Chopped Dried Parsley

1/2 Tsp. Oregano

1/2 tsp. Pepper

3 tbsp. chopped onion

1 tsp. gluten free Worcestershire sauce

Slices of your favorite cheese

Lettuce, tomatoes, slice red onion and avocado to garnish



Sauce:

Mix together ¼ cup mayo, ¼ cup ketchup, 1 tbsp. sweet relish for sauce.



Directions:

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with your hands. Flatten into patties. Grill until cooked to your desired color. Add cheese right at the ends and let it melt. Build your burgers. Enjoy!
