Chocolate Overnight Oats (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Holy OMG, these were crazy amazing. I felt like I was eating dessert for breakfast!
You know those no bake oatmeal chocolate cookies? That is what this tasted like but it was breakfast! I took me 3 minutes to throw it together the night before and the next morning I was eating chocolate oatmeal.
This is now one of my favorites. I added a few mini chocolate chips, some coconut and a few peanuts to it and it was amazing. So, so yummy.
You can also use either regular non-dairy milk or chocolate. I tried both and the one I made with chocolate cashew milk was extra chocolatey and very delicious.
This is per serving, so double triple as needed.
½ Cup GF Oatmeal
1 Tbsp. Chia
½ Tsp. Vanilla
Dash of Salt
1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 Tsp. Flax Seed
1 Cup Dairy Free Milk (Regular or chocolate)
1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
Optional- Chocolate Chips, strawberries, raspberries, coconut and peanuts.
In a jar add all of the ingredients and stir until well combined. Put in fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning.
