Easy Gluten Free Banana Muffins (Dairy Free)

Whether it is Banana Bread or Gluten Free Banana Nut Muffins- I simply can not get enough. I originally created this recipe for Banana Bread, but for some strange reason if it is in a loaf form my kids don’t want to touch it. However, if I bake it as easy gluten free banana muffins- all of sudden they have instant interest. Kids are weird.

My kids prefer Chocolate Chip Blender Muffins, but I love mine with some delicious walnuts on top.  It definitely brings me back to my childhood and Grandma Olga’s Banana Nut Bread. We used to go to my Cousin’s walnut orchard and pick walnuts. We would go back to her house and sit in the back room and crack walnuts together while watching her soap opera. Those were some of the best moments of my childhood.

However, today no one has a walnut orchard for me to pick from so I will buy mine from the WinCo bulk bins and top my muffins with them.
These easy gluten free banana muffins freeze perfectly, so feel free to double the batch and freeze for easy grab-and-go breakfasts.
