Banana Pudding (Gluten Free, DairyFree)

Oh, how I Ioved banana pudding with ‘nilla wafers when I was a kid. I was a product of processed food and my health showed for it as I grew up. There was always something wrong with me but then they just prescribed inhalers and antibiotics to help try to cure the problem. In reality it was the food I was being fed, but that was then and this is now and now I make Banana Pudding from scratch and its gluten free and dairy free.

I am happy to be able to give my children a sweet dish that I enjoyed growing up but I know what is in this and there is nothing but my love, goodness and joy in this special dessert. These ingredients are wholesome (yes, there is some sugar but who doesn’t like a little sweetness in their life?).

We are a gluten free family and my daughter and I are also dairy free. We avoid food coloring and this recipe is for all of us. There is nothing more beautiful to me, than sitting at the table with my family and watching them enjoy something that I created from the love of my heart in my kitchen. I want you to feel that with your family too.

Ingredients:

2 Banana’s

Directions:

Layer your pudding, wafer, banana, pudding, wafer, banana, pudding until your pudding is as large as you would like. I like to top mine with some cookie crumbs. Enjoy!
