Steak Fajita Salad

I made my Husband some steak fajitas for his birthday dinner and we had a lot of leftovers. We went to our local Farmers Market that night and I bought some beautiful organic red leaf lettuce. I decided the next day to throw together a salad with the leftovers and this delicious lettuce. I made a spicy honey vinaigrette dressing to go with it.
This salad was incredible. The only topping I used was the fajitas and avocado. I made the salad to share with my Hubby and I literally had to stop myself from eating the entire thing, it was that delicious. 
Ingredients:
Left overs from my Steak Fajita Recipe
Avocado and any other garnish you like.
Few Cups of your favorite salad lettuce
I also had leftover Pressure Cooked Pinto Beans
Directions:

Heat the steak fajita leftovers in a skillet. Wash and dry your lettuce an cut your avocado. Lay lettuce on the bowl, put fajitas and garnish on top. Drizzle with dressing. Enjoy!
