Orange Dreamy Creamsicles

As a child orange creamsicles were a favorite of mine. That and a pudding pop. I have memories and pictures of eating them at my Grandparents house. I do not buy popsicles very often. They are expensive and contain food dye, too much sugar and corn syrup. The list goes on-and-on. I try to make them as much as I can. I did recently find organic popsicles at Costco and I have been buying those for the kids when we do not have home-made ones on hand.

These orange dreamy creamsicle bars only contain a few ingredients and are not overly sweet. They have a light orange flavor but are incredibly creamy from the coconut cream.

This is the perfect afternoon treat for you and your kids on this hot summer day.

This makes about 4 bars

Ingredients:

1 Batch of Coconut Whipped Cream
1/2 Cup Orange Juice

Directions:

In a bowl mix you’re already made whipped cream with the orange juice. (These are not overly sweet so if you like it real sweet I would recommend adding a Tbsp. of maple syrup or organic sugar to the mixture.) Pour these into your Popsicle molds and allow to set overnight. Enjoy!
