Garlic Bread

Once-Upon-A-Time when you walked into almost any major grocery store you could spend $1.99 and get a large delicious loaf of buttery garlic yumminess- AKA- Garlic Bread.

As we all know those days are long gone and our choices are close to nothing. I do believe I have seen garlic toast or some sort in the freezer section that was around $5-6 for 4 freaking slices. Sorry, but I am just not paying that.

So, I just started making my own and its damn good. My family loves sinking their teeth into the slightly crispy, buttery full of garlic fabulousness.

It is quite simple to make this but obviously you are going to need to start with a loaf of bread. When I make baguettes I triple the recipe, ALWAYS. Like I have said before, if you are doing all that work make it worth it!! I save a loaf for us for dinner and then I wrap them in plastic wrap and put them in a freezer ziplock and freeze for future use. To eat them, I just take it out of the freezer to thaw for an hour or two and then you can make your garlic bread.

Ingredients:

1 Loaf of Gluten Free Garlic Bread, this recipe works well
2 Tbsp Melted Butter (Dairy Free Butter is delicious with this!)
2 Tsp. Granulated Garlic
1 Tsp. Dried Parsley
1/4 Tsp. Paprika
1/4 Tsp. Sea Salt

Directions:
Turn the oven on broil. Cut your loaf in half and place on baking sheet. Spread the butter all over both halves. Divide all the ingredients in half and sprinkle on both sides. Broil on low until the edges are golden to your desire. Keep a close on it! Enjoy!!!
