GF Buttermilk Pancakes

These buttermilk pancakes taste just like the real deal. This recipe will give you enough to feed your family of four as well as freeze a few for easy breakfasts during the week. It is husband and toddler approved!

2 1/2 cups rice blend all purpose GF flour
1.5 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar or agave
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
3 tbsp. butter melted
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
