Red Meat Marinade
The warm weather is approaching and that means long sunny days playing with the kids outside, and of course lots of BBQing. Marinade is one easy way to get glutened because of sneaky unexpected ingredients. Making your own marinades is super easy, inexpensive and the best part is you know what you are putting into it. This marinade works great for all red meat. Happy Spring!
I made this marinade for a tri-tip we barbequed, but this would work very well with any steak.

1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
1 Cupsof Red Wine (I find an inexpensive bottle)
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
3 Tbsp. GF Soy Sauce (Tamari)
Some squirts of Worchester
Fresh Herbs (Parsley, thyme)
Salt and Pepper to your liking (I used some garlic salt as well as Pink Himalayan Salt)
Stir up all of the ingredients and then add your meat. You can poke the meat a little to help it soak up the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for about 4 or more hours. You can put it in a Ziplock and refrigerate for several days.
