Gluten Free Bread Crumbs and Croutons

Making your own bread crumbs and Croutons are super easy and cost effective. It's a great way to get use out of your stale bread.


Bread Crumbs:
You simply cube the bread and lay flat on baking sheet and broil in the oven on low. Flip once through. Keep watching they can burn quickly.
Once cooled transfer to your food processor and grind until desired consistency is reached.

Croutons:
You will cube and toss into a bowl. Drizzle olive oil or avocado oil and Italian seasoning on the bread cubes and toss until well distributed. You want the bread to be coated generously in the oil. Then transfer to baking sheet and broil on low. Flip once they are toasted on top. So yummy!!
