Dark Chocolate Peanut Clusters

I have been buying from the bulk bins at Winco lately. My nuts, rice, beans, GF flours, spices, granola and oats. Oh boy… I have been saving a lot of money this way. I recently bought peanuts and had too many to fit in the jar I keep them in so I decided it was time to make some dark chocolate peanut clusters. Yum. It is super easy and quick and yummy.

2 cups of chocolate chips (I used the Kirkland brand and they are the best tasting at a super good price)- Update~ I can not find them right now at my Costco and I have been buying the dark chocolate chips from the Winco bulk bins.
1.5 cups of peanuts

First melt the chocolate. There are many ways you can do this. I have a little chocolate melter thing I bought a long time ago and I used that. You could also microwave in a microwave safe dish on low for 30 second increments stirring in between and a double boiler.
After your chocolate is melted throw the peanuts in and stir well. Spoon it onto a cookie sheet lined in parchment paper and then put them in the fridge to set for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
